Order processing
- Once an order is placed, you will receive email notifications with order status updates
- We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow for additional time during busy holiday seasons or for larger order quantities
- If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details
UK
- Standard Shipping 1-2 business days at £5.82 flat-rate
- Parcels are collected Monday to Friday between 09:00-13:00. If you receive a dispatch email on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be collected the next working day
- We ship our orders via Royal Mail
- Orders £25+ quality for FREE UK delivery
International
